Shell confirms S Africa deep well hopes

Shell confirmed it too may drill a deepwater well off South Africa next year. Back in 2009 it took over 37,000sq km in the Orange Basin close to the border with Namibia. It has since acquired 8,000sq km of 3D seismic and processing should be complete next month.
