Cobalt International has launched the tender for its pre-salt Cameia development off Angola while it is drilling ahead on three wells off West Africa and looking for one more rig. The company started the public tender late last month for the project in Block 21, with a final investment decision expected next year and first oil in 2017. It will be based around a 100,000 b/d FPSO with three or four producing wells and one or two gas injectors.
