Shell pares Nigeria list as bidders battle NPDC grip

A total of 15 consortia had meetings with Shell in Nigeria this week as the four-block sale ratchets up and bidders try to persuade the government not to take over operatorship. The list of 15 will be narrowed further tomorrow (15 November), following the one-on-one meetings earlier this week, when Shell has decided which companies will be allowed to proceed further to the data room.
