Morocco gets offshore oil boost

Morocco received a rare positive boost from its current offshore exploration spree with Genel testing a deepwater well after encountering oil. The Noble Paul Romano semisub has drilled the US $22m Nour exploration well on the Sidi Moussa licence. The well is targeting around 300m bbl of oil in both Upper and Middle Jurassic carbonates.
