Pura Vida takes Madagascar bet

Pura Vida Energy has taken a half stake in Sterling Energy's block offshore Madagascar. The Australian company will pay up to US $15m for the acquisition of new 2D and 3D seismic in return for a 50% interest in the offshore Ambilobe block. It will also pay up to $ 1.25m in past costs.
