Research on Product Innovative Ideas by Integrating Technology Evolution with Functions Evolution

摘要

It has been an important research topic on how to reduce uncertainty, generate innovative ideas and form a structured method or model in FFE stage in the process of product innovation. Aiming at the problems arising in product innovative ideas generation and based on Hass' evolution of the living functional system, this article analyzes the similar characteristics between evolution product and living systems, uses evolution of the living functional system to describe the product evolution process, establishes correlation matrix between technology evolution and product evolution, and puts forward a model of innovative ideas generation by integrating technology evolution and function evolution and further verify the feasibility of the process model by the generation of innovative ideas for a belt conveyor.
