Coupled Solving Thermal Deformation of Hydrostatic Bearing Rotary Worktable Based on Temperature Fields of Oil Film

摘要

The deformation of hydrostatic bearing rotary table is the most direct factor that affects working accuracy. Hydrostatic bearing rotary worktable is studied in this paper. The differential equation of thermal deformation work table is established; the boundary conditions are determined according to the actual condition; the preceding temperature field which is calculated is coupled to the worktable as the temperature load to calculate thermal deformation field of worktable under different rotating speeds. By analyzing the results of calculation, it shows that the total deformation of worktable in the radial direction from the inside to the outside gradually increases, and the biggest deformation appears in the lateral circle so that the transmutative worktable presents a upward trending in the radius direction. The thermal deformation of worktable gradually increases with the rotate speed increasing, which shows that rotate speed is also an important factor that affects thermal deformation. This paper makes a systemic analysis on thermal deformation field of hydrostatic bearing rotary table and its disciplinary conclusion will provide guidance to the production of hydrostatic bearing table.
