Research on the Risk Management System of Purchasing the Materials of Tobacco Industry Based on Data Mining

There are many potential risk factors in the procurement process of tobacco material, it is important to how to identify risk factors and prevent it effectively. In this paper, based on the theory of procurement management, we analyzed the current situation of procurement managementof tobacco material in Guizhou province and identified the problems. And then, we constructed the risk warning system of tobacco materials procurement in Guizhou province and analyzed the structure of system, and we worked out the risk warning system of tobacco material procurement from thethree aspects of external environment risk, supplier credit risk and risk internal staff. Finally, we use the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to make an empirical study, and we put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the evaluation results and hoping to providea theoretical basis and reference for the tobacco companies to reduce procurement costs and control the risk of procurement. Also, we designed the risk warming system of tobacco materials based on date mining, including the system environment, function module and the system structure.
