Introduction: Physical therapy is often used by patients with headache, including modalities such as muscle stretching exercises. Objectives: To evaluate the feasibility of a pilot trial aimed at determining the efficacy of the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) contract-relax technique compared to static stretching for treating migraineurs.
