摘要

Novel dimeric, trimeric and tetrameric analogues of duocarmycin SA have been prepared by the reaction of seco-CBI with di-, tri- and tetracarboxylic acid chlorides in the presence of a base in good yields. The highest bioactivity against cancer cells was observed for the compound obtained from the dicarboxylic acid.
