As with many new ventures, this is a story of a far-sighted individual who saw a real need and found an innovative and economic way of filling it. In 1995, Beano Stearns and his partner Mark Lambeth, were machinists/ machine shop supervisorsspecializing in repair of industrial machinery. Familiar with die casting machines, they noticed the problems die casters can have when the need arises to upgrade or refurbish older die casting machines, particularly larger machines.
