Hosted by John Parker, technical director for the Arboricultural Association, the recent sixth session of Arborists' Question Time asked industry experts which pests and diseases should be of greatest concern to British arborists. Paula Shrewsbury, professor and extension specialist in entomology for the University of Maryland, USA, identified three invasive insects that are yet to reach British shores but have the potential to cause widespread disruption should they do so.
