Fall in industrial production hits Henkel sales

Dusseldorf, Germany — Henkel, which makes reactive polyure-thane systems and adhesives, had total sales of €5bn in first quarter of 2019. This was down 2.8% on the 2018 quarter. EBIT across the business fell by 0.4%, at €736m.
