Foampartner launches new lamination foam

Wolfhausen,Switzerland-Foampartner has developed a new range of polyether foams for automotive headliners.The company said that they can meet tough interior VOC and FOG standards.Called OboSky,the family of foams is built on a polyether-based prepolymer.This gives’outstanding hydrolytic resistance and long-term high mechanical properties',the company claims.Fogging and VOC properties tested to BDA278 and DVA270 are better than many polyester-polyol formulations,Foampartner said.The material is available in 120m blocks,and the foams feature very uniform structure with fine pores.They are appropriate for flame and adhesion lamination.
