Cleaning is a critical undertaking in the production process of tubes and pipes. The main reasons for this are the continuous production mode, and the length of the tubes to be cleaned, both of which impact the technical part of the cleaning mode, as well as the tubes' inside diameter (especially capillary tubes), which causes problems from a cleaning performance standpoint. In addition, cleaning is not sufficient, since the tubes also have to be perfectly dry when coming out of the production line.At the end of the process, the tubes and pipes are supposed to be ready for use in sensible areas such as the medical industry, or the micro-mechanics industry. Therefore the choice of an appropriate cleaning technology is of primary importance, to ensure both quality and reliability of the parts.
