China's Ministry of Ecology and Environment has issued a new round of recovered paper import permits amounting to just 510 tonnes, benefitting one small company. Guangdong Tonli Customization, a specialty paper producer which operates a mill in Yunfu, Guangdong, received the quota in the fourth batch issued for this year, on Ma rch 7.
