Indeterminate cell histiocytosis: A case treated with ultraviolet B narrow band phototherapy (NB UVB)

To the Editor, Neoplasms of histiocytes, as well as of dendritic cells derived, are rare entities, and all of them derived from a common medullar progenitor CD34~+. Recently, histiocytosis was grouped and reclassified in the following entities: histiocytic sarcoma, tumours derived from Langerhans cells, interdigitating dendritic cell sarcoma and the follicular dendritic cell sarcoma; furthermore, two more rare entities have been described: fibroblastic reticular cell tumour and the indeterminate dendritic cell tumour.
