摘要

New design strategies for Industrial Reheating and Heat Treating Furnace combustion systems by Danieli Centra Combustion (DCC) and Danieli Olivotto Ferre (DFO) include a State-of-the-Art Research Centre to ensure optimum burner - furnace chamber design. The new R&D Centre has allowed for the development of new generation patented burners which ensure a perfect match with the Best Available Technologies and performances using both flame and flameless combustion and therefore responding to customer requirements for the accomplishment of increasingly demanding targets in a wide range of different applications. The Centre also permits the study of central energy recovery mode (in waste gas extraction) or local recovery mode (recuperative - regenerative) consolidating a broad range of options offered to Customers. The bespoke design of each combustion system according to fuels made available at the Customer's Plant allows to perform extensive laboratory testing and reproduction of chemical fuel compositions at the Centre guaranteeing ultra-low NOx emissions even priorto installation atthe plant. Important to the design of modern and efficient industrial furnace is a correct combustion process which takes into account a combination of many technical choices; this offers significant advantages in terms of furnace optimization.
