Central Surgical Association 2019 presidential address: Top ten reasons surgeons make great health care leaders

Before I start my talk, I would like to thank the Central Surgical Association (CSA). This is a great organization and one of the many benefits of which is getting to know the wonderful members. The mentorship that people here provide to the junior members is fantastic, and membership is a great opportunity to not only increase knowledge but to network and identify with some of the icons in surgery.
