The 3~(rd) Circumpolar Agricultural Conference was held in Anchorage, Alaska, USA, 12-16 October 1998. Circumpolar Agricultural Conferences bring people together who are interested in high-latitude agriculture. The overall objectives of the conference is to discuss common problems and their potential solutions and to exchange information.
