A Soiled Epiphany: How I discovered my environmental ethic, and how you can discover yours

In the quest for principles that help us guide our lives, environmental ethics is useful in the pursuit of deciding what should be a person's relationship to the world around them. In this essay I will attempt to describe my views on what "ought" to be my relationship to my environment (regardless of what if is at my present state), describe how I came to my own conclusions in regard to this question, and to suggest some woys that a greater connection between people and the world around them can be established in the frontier of modern human consciousness.
