摘要

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Friday said it would have concurrent jurisdiction on any bankruptcy filings with energy suppliers asking the agency to get involved to make sure their agreements are honored by PG&E. PG&E has asked the bankruptcy court to remove FERC from the proceedings, arguing that its involvement would complicate its restructuring--a process that could take up to two years.
