"There was one job in particular we quoted for M-inch stainless steel plate that I really wanted us to win," recalls Robert "Robin" Flood, president. "We didn't get it." Flood found out that his company's bid, based on having the work performed on its 4kW CO, cutting machine, was more than three times higher than competitors' quotes.
