KANSAS CITY — Myriad factors, some linked to the global coronavi-rus pandemic, have increased market volatility, which may continue to affect wheat prices in the coming months, a veteran analyst told webcast attendees June 1.Steve Freed, vice president, ADM Investor Services, kicked off the Purchasing Seminar Web Series with a look at the current environment for wheat and market projections for the 2020 crop. The series, featuring 11 speakers, was conducted over two days asa virtual stand-in for the Purchaing Seminar hosted annually by Sosland Publishing Co. in early June. This year's seminar was canceled due to the pandemic.
