Ashbourne-based Thermoform Ltd - a market-leading designer and manufacturer of bespoke vacuum- and pressure-formed plastic packaging solutions - recently bought a new large-capacity three-axis vertical machining centre. It was installed in the company's in-house tool-room in July this year, and it was machining complex high-precision aluminium mould tool parts just a couple of days after being delivered.
