UK-based FC Cartons report continued success with their apprenticeship scheme. Kieran Durose (19) and Joel Shelley (17) are both doing the same apprenticeship, working towards the Performing Manufacturing Operations Level 2 NVQ and training to become gluing machine operators. Both have fitted into the team seamlessly and are learning at a fantastic rate, both from a theory and practical perspective. They are learning skills from their mentor Chris Greensmith as well as working through their qualification manual with the help of Loughborough College.
