The TXR Blanking Revolution

The Kawahara TXR is an automated blanking machine for cartons, labels and cards in cartonboard or plastics and replaces almost all hand stripping-providing greater throughput at a traditional area for bottlenecks, as well as improving working conditions for the operators. It is also a very flexible and economic alternative to in-line blanking as it uses simple inexpensive tooling as opposed to costly dies for each job. The technology is based on a bed of pins that are configured automatically by the machine to the desired job layout and the pins then support the product and push down on the waste to effect the separation.
