What consumer trends are you seeing in cherries currently, and how do you see these progressing?Sandra Kjellin (SK): ICA hasseen a positive trend in the last five years in cherry sales due to stronger demand, and we've been promoting cherries to respond to that. I believe t+ie quality is higher due to better varieties, with longer shelf-life and better acid/Brix balance. Theseason begins earlier, which makes it easier to get into the minds of consumers and there is a bigger chance of repurchase.
