What is it that you have learned?Hernan Garces Junior: I'm sure this year of experience in China has helped me to understand this huge market better. It's a country that is so big that sometimes it's hard to dimension in terms of size and speed. Of course, there is much to learn about the markets and players in the different provinces, each of which have different tastes and life customs. I have learned what Chinese people mean by the words 'sweet' and fresh', andour biggest challenge as growers is delivering fruit with those characteristics. And I also learned that understanding China never ends.
