摘要

The surface residual stresses of nano-ZrO_2 ceramic after ultrasonic vibration grinding and common grinding were studied by using X-ray diffractometer. The results show that surface residual stress of nano-ZrO_2 ceramic is compressive stress, and specimen surface residual stress of common grinding is least than ultrasonic vibration grinding; with increasing of grinding depth, the residual stress decrease trend of ultrasonic vibration grinding is slower; with increasing of grinding grains, surface residual stress has ascendant trend, and the trend of rise that common grinding surface residual stress is faster than ultrasonic vibration grinding.
