摘要

Bond graph is one of the methods of modeling and simulation which can be incorporated in multi-domain systems. It is a rapidly emerging method that is ideally suited to effectively unify knowledge pertaining to multi-domain systems. Crank slider is a part of a mechanical system which is designed to transform the rotational motion of the motor into translation motion of the piston or from translation motion of piston in the cylinder of combustion engine to rotational motion of the crank shaft. A simple crank slider mechanism is modelled by using bond graph approach which is used as a case study. It is highlighted that the model also includes a DC shunt motor. The simulation results based on the developed bond graph model for the acceleration, displacement and velocity of the crank slider mechanism which is driven by DC motor are analysed and compared with other author. Simulations and analysis are carried out by using the 20-sim software.
