摘要

The dynamic characteristic and the parameters determination of the guide roll system are very important to the stability of the ring rolling process and have major influence on the qualities of the rings. In the article, the dynamic characteristic of the guide roll system is theoretical analyzed by building its kinematic equations and studied by numerical simulation. The dynamic characteristic analyses show that: the embracing angle decreases with the ring outer diameter increasing and becomes too little to guarantee the stability of the ring rolling when the ring's outer radius is beyond 6000 mm; the sensitivity for the variation of the hydraulic cylinder stroke length to the ring outer diameter decreases when the ring's outer radius is beyond 4500 mm; and the enlargement of the guide roll arm has good effect on incense of the embracing angle and decrease of the hydraulic cylinder stroke length.
