Global OTR tire major Balkrishna Industries Limited (BKT) ?lans to invest $100 million in a new plant in USA and 200 million for its capacity expansion in India

Balkrishna Industries Limited's (BKT) Chairman and Managing Director Arvind Pocldar announced his US plans on October 29 during his Hall of Fame acceptance speech at the Tire Industry Association awards in Las Vegas. This will be BKT's first factory outside India and fifth overall. BKT is India's fifth largest tire manufacturer and 39th in the world based on sales of nearly $ 700million in the financial year ending March 2018.
