urkish magnesia and refractories producer Kiimas Manyezit Sanayi AS is confident in its ability to weather off the market uncertainty prompted by Chinas low prices, while it has been investing throughout last year to expand its capacity to serve refractory and other end markets. As China announced another round of steel capacity cuts, the company told IM it is seeing potential to expand its presence in other markets for steelmaking such as India, both with its raw material offering as well as with finished refractory products.
