The term 'Bio-Organic Farming' is used for the plantations where no synthetic chemical pesticides and inorganic fertilizers are used. It is better to term as 'Bio-Organic Farming' rather than only' Organic Farming' because most of the synthetic pesticides are organic in nature. Although very low in number, there are many tea gardens where the concept of bio-organic farming is strictly followed.
