Recently, the owners of the tea gardens are not happy on the yearly output of the gardens and due to more value of input compared to output, the conditions of the gardens are deterirrating day after day. Due to sudden fall of the financial condition of the owners urgent requirements of the tea estates are not placed in proper time. This is the important reason for the poor conditions of the gardens.
