The Known Unknowns - Philosophically Correct

People and Organisation are two sides of the same coin - one is known by the other. And people are the most differentiable assets an organisation can aspire for. In Management, there are many aspects which usually are not communicated either as Job Description or Role Prescription - the person is supposed to understand the role requirements and perform accordingly. This gives both flexibility and scope to experiment, allowing personal styles. This is how organisations have thrived leading to growth of both the business and people in the Business.
