There's a great deal riding on the 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio, named for the harrowing mountain pass in the Italian Alps, the Stelvio Pass. It's the first SUV from the resurrected brand and a big part of Alfa Romeo's goal: returning to global relevance. Alfa Romeo's global head, Reid Bigland, thinks the Stelvio can handle the pressure. He says the new SUV is going to stand out among the competition because of how it drives.
