Those of you from within or close-by to NSW probably already know that from July 1st 2017, NSW started introducing new regulations to govern beekeeping within the state. These are part of the Biosecurity Act 2015, which has now been formally adopted and regulates a wide range of plant, animal and aquatic based pests and industries, of which honey bees are just a small part.
