Petrobras to sell Colombia fuel, lubes units

Brazil’s state-controlled Petrobras plans to sell its fuel and lubricant operations in Colombia as part of its $20bn-$30bn 2020-24 divestment plan. The company will sell two subsidiaries holding a combined 100pc interest in Petrobras Colombia Combustibles, which operates in the fuel and lubricants sectors through 124 service stations and 11 authorized third-party resellers, the company said today in an initial auction announcement. Qualifed companies have until 17 April to express interest in the assets.
