Wind energy 3B roving to reinforce composites for wind turbine blades

A major standards body, Germanischer Lloyd (GL) has approved the use of the latest glass fibre from 3B of Battice, Belgium. SE2020 single-end roving is intended mainly for the manufacturing of non-crimped fabrics used in composites to make wind turbine blades. 3B Wind Energy Technical Leader, Luc Peters says: "Obtaining GL certification illustrates the high quality and integrity of our SE2020 rovings and products.
