Tower Resources keeps inching one step closer towards the drilling of its appraisal well on the Njonji structure in shallow waters off Cameroon. The UK independent's Thali licence holding the 18m bbl target had expired last September and the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Technological Development has now granted a further exceptional one-year extension.
