Xodus grabs Cairn Senegal SNE and exploration contract

Cairn Energy has awarded Xodus Group a pair of environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) contracts for the first phase of the SNE project as well as drilling elsewhere off Senegal. Xodus is a UK based Chiyoda subsidiary and will perform an ESIA for the first phase of the FPSO project over the SNE deepwater oil field in the Sangomar Deep Offshore block for Woodside Energy which will shortly take over as development operator from Cairn.
