NNPC reassures on Bonny Train 7

NNPC has tried to reassure the market that the final investment decision for Nigeria LNG Train 7 will happen before the end of the month. In September, the Saipem/Daewoo/Chiyoda group was handed a letter of intent for the US $6 Bn contract with a final investment decision timetabled for the end of October, a date which NNPC called "sacrosanct" at the time.
