Welcome to the final edition of Convening Todaylor 2017. I am sure that many of you will be glad of the chance to relax, catch your breath and decompress before going full force into 2018. Over the past 12 months, a series of evolutions have occuned that are just beginning to impact the industry - and this impact is set to grow as we move into the new year. The modem converting mentality has shifted from 'no job too big' to 'no job too small', and while each of these outlooks has its own requirements and technical issues, they each bring multiple opportunities to the converters and suppliers.
