Mills' welded pipe prices to stay stable in Russia and to drop considerably in Ukraine

Minor changes in prices for flat products are expected in the world inQ4. As a result, domestic strip quotations will stay stable for Russian andUkrainian pipe mills in October, but may drop by some 2-4% and 1-3%respectively in November and stabilize in December.
