TATA CHEMICALS EUROPE AGREES ￡480M FUNDING AND DEVELOPMENT OF LOSTOCK SUSTAINABLE ENERGY PLANT

Tata Chemicals Europe (TCE) announced that it has reached an agreement with a joint venture formed by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and FCC Environment Group for the funding, ownership, construction and operation of the new energy from waste plant (EFW) at TCE's Lostock manufacturing site in Northwich, Cheshire, while at the same time allowing TCE to remain a key long term participant in the project.
