LONDON (ICIS)--Spot prices in the European monoethylene glycol (MEG) market have been assessed stable to slightly up, amid firm sentiment but quietening activity, sources said on Friday. Spot bulk prices edged up slightly on the low end of the range this week, as players noted that prices below ?800/tonne were not representative in the European market. Prices were assessed at ?800-810/tonne CIF (cost, insurance, freight) NWE (northwest Europe).
