HOUSTON (ICIS)--DuPont Sustainable Solutions (DSS) has completed its separation from DuPont and started operating as an independent global operations management consulting firm. The new DSS is led by its existing management under CEO Davide Vassallo and will be supported by Swiss-based financial investor Gyrus Capital, it said in a statement late on Tuesday.
