Russia increases crude, petchem export duties from 1 November

MOSCOW (ICIS)--Russia’s export duties on petrochemical products and crude oil will increase next month, the country’s government said on Friday. From 1 November, the duty levied on benzene, xylenes and toluene is set at $26.40/tonne, up from $26.10/tonne in October. Export duty on naphtha will amount to $48.50/tonne, up from $47.90/tonne this month, according to the Russian Economic Development Ministry.
